HDB Resale Prices Up 2.9% In Q4, 4.8% For Entire 2020
S’pore’s communal housing sector closed the year on a favorable note, by having Housing and Development Board resale price index enhancing almost 3percent quart-on-quart in the 4th quart of 2K20, reported Housing and Development Board display valuation launched on 4 Jan 2021.
For the total of 2K20, resale house pricings moved up almost 5 percent.
Housing and Development Board indicated that the record “gives tips on the standard price activities in the resale public housing sector”.
HDB further mentioned that it will published the RPI for the complete quarter, in addition to the extra detailed communal housing information, on 22Jan 20.
It publicized that it will provide roughly 3,700 Build-to-Order house in Bt Batok, Tengah, Toa Payoh plus Kallang Whampoa in second month of the year.
“This features the fresh Neighborhood Treatment Apartments in Bt Batok,” it pointed out.
In 05/21, another 38hundred Build-to-Order flats in Geylang, Bt Merah, Tengah and also Woodlands are going to be provided.
