Following falling short during their very first tender in ’18, the owners of Jansen Mansions carried out their second shot at an en-bloc, with the minimum cost scaled down coming from $Twenty-two million to $Nineteen point Eight million, declared Singapore Business Review citing PropNex.

The $19.8 million cost formulates to a land rate of $8hundred 79 psf per plot ratio, inclusive of the development fee and the 7 % incentive patio area.

Situated at Twenty Five Jansen Road in the Kovan community, Jansen Mansions occupy a 1,541.5 square m spot which owns a 999-year leasing tenure that starts from 1 September 1876.

The site is zoned for personal use under the 2019 Master Plan including a GPR of One point Four. Its GFA stands at approximately 2,158.1 square m or more or less 2,309.2 square m incorporating the reward balcony space.
